The Trakker is an enhanced electronic device used to locate the position of the device using the latest technology in GPS and GSM technology for any company or person who wants to track the location of their vehicle(s) or other assets.

The unit is installed out of sight in a vehicle or asset. The GPS component inside the unit communicates with satellites and records its position, speed and time. YOu can send a text message from your mobile phone to the Trekker unit and it will respond with is current position on your phone. Its position can also be viewed on your PC using standard PC software or transferred to any mapping system.

The unit constantly monitors its position but will only provide its current location details upon request.

The Trakker has no NO monthly fees (excluding service provider costs).

The unit can run off a vehicle battery, a solar cell or a battery pack.
