NCE has available audio cassette playback/recorders which can be used to play background music, or record the audio at a conference.

Audio cassette recorders pick up the sound to be recorded by a device such as a microphone, and transform it into an electric current. This current is fed to a transducer in the recording head of the tape recorder, which converts it into a corresponding magnetic flux.
